Resident Member Booking (Members Only)
Members only booking. Members can book up to (5) 1-hour visits per week.
Service Description
Resident Members have preferential booking privileges to include coupling hours and blackout dates.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before start of booking and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking fee. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days are not refundable. All Bookings are subject to Black House Collection's grace period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation. Memberships will auto-renew unless a written notification to cancel is received 10 days prior to renewal date. Clients must be the age of 21 or older to reserve space. No smoking is allowed in the space or in the vicinity of the building. Clients are required to discard all trash or waste in proper receptacles and turn off all appliances after each use of space. No more than 5 people in space at one time unless space has been booked for an event. All payments are non-refundable if space is damaged during use.
